Managing and developing new and existing customer relationships. Responsible for leading profitable and sustainable sales growth within our customer base, ensuring agreed KPI's are met through effective consumer-insight led category development and management.

Product Development

Through working closely with our customers and regular local and international market tours we identify new product opportunities. Facilitating our manufacturing partners to bring to market new and exciting product concepts and ranges and managing the product launch process.

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance team work to ensure all products and documentation meet the requirements of our customers and the Australian Food Standards. Working closely with our commercial team they manage the strict documentation process for importing goods into Australia, ensuring all products meet the requirements of Australian customs requirements, government regulations and quarantine controls.

Supply Chain

We have been importing products to Australia for over 11 years. We have the ability to manage all aspects of supply chain, including, forecast management, shipping, importation, customs clearance, warehousing and national distribution.

Customer Service

Our customer service team work closely with our customers to ensure products are delivered, on time and in full. 

Product Support

Our team of skilled bakers are dedicated in the pursuit of quality. Working closely with customers our bakers provide ongoing hands on technical advice, training, merchandising, sampling and one-on-one presentations to introduce new products.
